And so we are announcing an opening on our Client Engagement Team for you to join us on our journey of turning our dreams into reality.

About The Role

As a B2B Client Engagement Associate, you’ll be responsible for nurturing, maintaining and retaining the relationships with your clients, thereby creating a true partnership in which the client views our service as an extension to their own operation. You will also be set the challenge of convincing other companies to join the growing list of blue chip MNCs that have chosen our platform. A further Key Result Area for the Client Engagement Associate at ManSci is developing strategic as well as day to day client centered activity in response to Client needs and seeking out and capturing new opportunities for increasing revenue.

About You

The ideal candidate will have worked in a B2B SaaS company serving clients in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry across the GCC or the wider Middle East.
An undergraduate degree from a recognized university and experience of 1 to 3 years in B2B service selling are advantageous.
Proficiency in both English & Arabic is necessary as are high quality written and verbal communication skills.
Strength in presenting, interpersonal relations, negotiation, influencing, teamwork and creative problem solving support your candidacy.
A self starter with the ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively will enhance your success at tackling this role.
Most importantly though, you must have a passion for exceeding the expectations of people who are your clients. Ideally, you will already be based in the United Arab Emirates, and preferably in Dubai.
